Farm Rules
For the safety of our customers, employees, and farm, we established rules which we kindly ask you to read and follow. As always, thank you for understanding and cooperating!
Please read and understand:
Under Kansas law, there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at this registered agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the such agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but shall not be limited to, the potential of you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death and the potential of another participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this registered agritourism
activity.

Outside food or drink is strictly prohibited on the premises.

No smoking or open flames on the farm. This include vape pens, hookah pens, and electronic cigarettes.

Pets are allowed but MUST remain on a leash and MUST be properly cleaned up after pottying. If not adhering to these rules, you will be asked to leave the farm.

Kids MUST Be Accompanied by an Adult. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult for all farm activities. No one under the age of 16 will be permitted on the premises without being accompanied by a paying adult.

We request that each customer carefully read the warning signs at each farm activity prior to participating in the activity. Autumn Acres Pumpkin Farm is not liable for any personal injury or property loss.

We may photograph, videotape, or record the image and/or voice of any persons who visits Autumn Acres Pumpkin Farm and use the materials for any purpose without payment or royalties paid to any person.

We reserve the rights to deny admission or require a person to leave Autumn Acres Pumpkin Farm without refund, liability, or compensation for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior or for failure to comply with rules and regulation, in the sole discretion of Autumn Acres Pumpkin Farm.

Photography, videotaping, or recording by customers for unapproved commercial purposes is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Customers may not hold unauthorized solicitations of any kind, whether commercial, religious, educational, or otherwise. Customers may not solicit money or donations for unauthorized activities.
